Why Choose Castle Hill Training?
Since 2013 we have specialised in delivering practical Moving and Handling group training to care providers throughout Yorkshire and across the UK.
Our courses are designed to improve both staff confidence and resident safety. Rather than teaching one fixed technique, we help delegates understand the principles behind safer moving and handling so they can make appropriate decisions in real situations.
Training can be adapted for residential care homes, nursing homes, supported living services, hospices, hospitals, rehabilitation units and domiciliary care providers.

What Our Clients Say
"The training provided by Steve and the team at Castle Hill has been instrumental in improving the confidence and practical skills of our care staff. The hands-on approach and attention to detail really set them apart." - Gloria, Nursing Home Registered Manager

Our Training Philosophy
Good moving and handling training is about far more than reducing back injuries. It is about protecting the wellbeing, dignity and independence of the people receiving care while helping staff work safely and confidently.
We believe delegates learn best through practical participation. Our courses combine demonstrations, discussion and supervised practice using your own equipment wherever possible, ensuring that staff leave with skills they can immediately apply in their own workplace.
