This regulated qualification is ideal for anyone wishing to become an emergency first aider. It provides learners with life saving skills and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies.

First Aid at Work (three day course) Level 3
This course is ideal for anyone wishing to become a workplace first aider. It covers a wider range of subjects than that covered by the Emergency First Aid at Work qualification. It provides learners with the skills and knowledge to deal with first aid situations in higher risk workplaces or workplaces with an increased number of employees.

Basic Life Support (half day course)
This course covers core life-saving skills focusing on keeping the casualty alive until further help arrives. Ideal as a refresher between longer courses or if you are keen to have a large number of staff members trained to deal with a first aid emergency. This course is particulalry popular in the care sector and we sometimes refer to it as First Aid for Care.

Paediatric First Aid (two day course) Level 3
This qualification is specific to infants aged under 1, and children aged from 1 year old to the onset of puberty. It is ideal for parents and babysitters. It also meets the requirements of the statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) as issued by the Department for Education and Skills Foundation Stage relating to Early Years Childcare.

First Aid at Work Requalification (two day course) Level 3
This First Aid at Work Requalification syllabus fully covers the same topics as those in the initial First Aid at Work course. However, the training is only for two days as the students have already passed the First Aid at Work course. This course fully complies with the Health and Safety (First-Aid) regulations 1981 (Appendix 5 Content of a first aid at work course).
Annual First Aid Refresher Training
This short course allows qualified first aiders to refresh their practical skills. It is strongly recommended by the Health and Safety Executive to ensure that life saving skills are maintained in candidates that have attended either the First Aid at Work or the Emergency First Aid at Work courses.
Defibrillation (AED) and Resuscitation (half day course) Level 2
This course has been developed to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to administer basic life support and use an AED in an emergency. Early defibrillation and CPR are vital in the chain of survival following a cardiac arrest. This course is able to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to operate the AED safely.
It meets the HSE and the Resuscitation Council training recommendations for use of AEDs in the workplace.
