Why Choose Castle Hill Training?
Since 2013 we have delivered practical workplace training for organisations throughout Yorkshire and across the UK.
Our Food Safety courses focus on helping delegates understand not only what good food hygiene looks like, but why each control measure is important. By combining practical examples with current guidance and legislation, we help staff develop safe working habits that protect both themselves and the people they support.
Training is suitable for care homes, schools, nurseries, charities, community organisations and workplaces where food is prepared or served.
What Our Clients Say
"After completing the Food Safety Training with Dale, our care home staff felt significantly more confident in handling food safely and maintaining high hygiene standards." - Hannah, Catering Manager
Our Training Philosophy
Food Safety training should be practical, engaging and directly relevant to the workplace. Rather than relying on theory alone, we use realistic examples and discussion to help delegates understand how poor food hygiene can affect the health and wellbeing of vulnerable people.
Our aim is to give staff the confidence to recognise hazards, prevent contamination and apply good food hygiene practices every day, helping organisations provide safe, high-quality food for those in their care.
