Why Choose Castle Hill Training?
Since 2013 we have delivered practical workplace training for organisations throughout Yorkshire and across the UK.
Our Safeguarding Adults training focuses on giving delegates the confidence to recognise concerns, understand their legal and professional responsibilities, and take appropriate action to help protect adults at risk.
Using practical workplace examples and discussion, we help staff understand not only what safeguarding requires, but why effective safeguarding is central to providing safe, compassionate care.
What Our Clients Say
"After completing the Safeguarding Adults Training with Joey, our care team felt equipped and confident to recognise and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns." - Sue, Group Quality Manager
Our Training Philosophy
Safeguarding training should give staff the confidence to act, not simply provide knowledge of legislation. Effective safeguarding depends on recognising concerns early, understanding professional responsibilities and knowing how to report concerns appropriately.
Our aim is to help delegates develop the confidence to protect adults at risk while promoting dignity, respect and person-centred care in every aspect of their work.
