Why Choose Castle Hill Training?
Since 2013 we have delivered practical workplace training for organisations throughout Yorkshire and across the UK.
Our Manual Handling courses focus on developing safe habits rather than simply teaching lifting techniques. Delegates are encouraged to understand why injuries occur, identify unnecessary risks and apply safer working methods within their own workplace.
Training is suitable for organisations across many sectors, including manufacturing, warehousing, offices, retail, hospitality, schools, local authorities and healthcare.

What Our Clients Say
"Excellent practical training that staff could immediately put into practice. Professional, engaging and relevant to our workplace." - Alan, Health and Safety Officer, Derby

Our Training Philosophy
Poor manual handling is one of the leading causes of workplace injury and lost working days. Effective training should not simply teach people how to lift a box—it should help them recognise risks before an injury occurs.
Our courses combine practical demonstrations, discussion and hands-on exercises to build confidence and encourage safer working practices. Delegates leave with the knowledge and techniques they can apply immediately in their own workplace.
