Why Choose Castle Hill Training?
Since 2013 we have delivered practical workplace training for organisations throughout Yorkshire and across the UK.
Our Dementia Awareness training focuses on helping staff understand the experience of living with dementia and how small changes in communication and care can have a significant impact on quality of life.
Using realistic workplace examples and practical discussion, we help delegates develop the confidence to provide compassionate, person-centred support that meets both individual needs and recognised good practice.
What Our Clients Say
"After completing the Dementia Awareness Training with Sarah-Jane, our care home staff felt significantly more confident and better equipped to provide compassionate care to residents living with dementia." - Lottie, Deputy Home Manager
Our Training Philosophy
Good dementia care is built on understanding the individual, not simply recognising a diagnosis. Effective training should help staff appreciate how dementia affects perception, communication and behaviour while providing practical strategies that can be applied immediately in the workplace.
Our aim is to help delegates build confidence, improve communication and promote dignity, independence and wellbeing for every person they support.
